The Salvus Clinic supports those in the Moncton area experiencing homelessness, challenges with their mental health, substance use issues, or those lacking a primary care provider.

Since 1996, the Curve Lake First Nation Health Centre has made tremendous strides with respect to providing primary care and programming that meet the community’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health care needs. AIDS Vancouver plays a special role in providing quality health care to people affected by HIV/AIDS living in the Lower Mainland. Our presence is essential to the quality for life of this community and of each individual and family who draws on our services. For more than 25 years, The Core has been addressing health inequities such as poverty, racism, discrimination, unemployment & homelessness, faced by community members, neighbours, friends and families in Hamilton’s city core.

Our Goals and objectives are holistic in nature, therefore our programming will promote healing and wellness in our community through the participation in the planned programs.

Cornwall Hospital is the region’s only schedule one psychiatric facility, providing a full range of mental health and addiction services, from acute inpatient care in its modern 16-bed unit, to innovative outpatient and community programs in its recently constructed Community Addiction and Mental Health Centre.

Parkdale Queen West Community Health Centre (Parkdale Queen West CHC) is a community-based non-profit health service organization serving south- mid-west Toronto. We offer a broad range of services, including primary health care, dental care, harm reduction, health promotion, counselling, and community development programming, through interdisciplinary teams.

Edward Hotel Temporary Shelter will have specialized supports for homeless women, men, and couples who face barriers due to mental health issues, substance use, social isolation, immigration status, unemployment/underemployment challenges, and history with the criminal justice system. The clients come from racially, culturally, and ethnically diverse backgrounds.
