Kildonan Medical Centre (KMC) is a family practice clinic and teaching facility associated with the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Manitoba. KMC is located on the main level of Seven Oaks General Hospital

The Manitoba Harm Reduction Network works toward equitable access, systemic change, and reducing the transmission sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections (STBBI) through advocacy, policy work, education, research and relationships.

We provide a wide range of health and child and family services designed to support physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness from conception and birth through to adulthood and Elder care.

SafeLink Alberta is an organization that works to reduce the risks associated with sexual activity and substance use. We serve and advocate for priority populations in Calgary and southern Alberta by providing education, non-judgemental services, and harm reduction programming.

Plein Milieu builds relationships of trust with people who are drug users, homeless or at risk of homelessness, and with youth 12 years of age and older while focusing on harm reduction, information and prevention.

IFNA continues to develop new services and programs in support of their member communities, adapting to emerging needs and concerns, particularly in the areas of health, education and economic development.

Equal Housing Initiative’s Community of Practice is managed by a core group based on an agreed coordination mandate as noted earlier in this document. The core group provides administrative and program support as necessary.
