A small semi-isolated rural community health clinic located on the Robinson-Superior Treaty area serving First Nations Peoples of BZA and settlers in the surrounding areas, as needed. Staffing includes RN, RSW, CHR, CHSW, H&CC, and FWB that focus on holistic health and wellness through preventative education across the lifespan, assessment/monitoring of acute and chronic clinical conditions, as well as providing aftercare programming and hospital discharge clinical care.
